Acoustic Ceiling Clouds

Acoustic ceiling clouds are horizontally suspended sound-absorbing panels designed to improve room acoustics. These panels are made from high-density glass wool covered with acoustic fabric and are mounted from the ceiling using special suspension hardware.

Constructed from fabric-wrapped glass wool boards with a density of 95 kg/m³, these panels offer excellent sound absorption and acoustic control. Standard thickness is 40 mm, but they can be manufactured in custom sizes and thicknesses based on project needs. Their colorful fabric finishes allow for aesthetic integration into any space, providing both acoustic performance and visual enhancement.

Floating ceiling panels are ideal for solving issues like echo and reverberation while contributing to the overall interior design. The acoustic fabric surface is available in a wide range of color options, making them suitable for modern architectural environments where both design and functionality are key.

Thanks to their strong sound absorption properties, our ceiling cloud series meets both aesthetic and acoustic requirements. The use of glass wool increases their sound absorption coefficient, making them highly effective in controlling noise across a wide frequency range.

How Are They Installed?

Suspension hardware is attached to the back of each panel. After marking the installation location with a laser level, holes are drilled into the ceiling at the designated points. The hardware is then fixed into place and connected to the panel, completing the installation. This method offers a clean, professional look while allowing for easy integration into existing ceiling systems.

Common Applications

Acoustic ceiling clouds can be used in any space where sound insulation or room acoustic treatment is needed. Typical applications include offices, call centers, restaurants, cafes, bars, meeting rooms, conference halls, seminar rooms, theaters, and any other environment where volume acoustics are critical.

These unique suspended panels offer superior sound absorption and a clean floating appearance. Unlike glued panels, suspended acoustic clouds provide better coverage, conceal ceiling infrastructure (e.g., lighting, HVAC), and offer a high-end design finish. They are a top choice for large office areas, cultural venues, and hospitality spaces like bars and lounges.
